2c. Fruit
1/3 c. granulated surgar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1c. flour
1 large egg
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. granulated surgar
1/2 c. milk
Combine fruit with 1/3 cup cup of sugar and cinnamon and spread in 8x8x2 baking dish. Combine flour, egg, butter, vanilla, baking powder, surgar and milk and mix until blended. Pour over fruit mixture and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

they have that same kind of recipe in my 20 min meals cookbook. it's awesome with just about any fruit. except the one i have uses oatmeal and combines that crisp and cobbler into one tasty treat, and it only takes, duh, 20 minutes! i'll give you a hint, always keep a can of peaches on hand and whip up the simple recipe, and volia! a yummy dessert that will impress at any meal...
